| Founder Harry Barr |
Harry is the owner and founder of BridgeGate Capital and has more than 30 years of international banking experience. After living and working in Latin America for five years, he began his financial career at Wells Fargo Bank, San Francisco in 1973. He has traveled extensively and done business in virtually all countries in Latin America and has a broad base of contacts in the public, private and financial sectors. He is fluent in Spanish, conversant in Portuguese and holds an MBA degree from Northwestern University.
Harry’s specialty is in the structuring, placement and implementation of complex medium term leasing and project financing transactions. He has particular expertise in transactions related to oil and gas industries and with equipment such as workboats, supply boats and drilling rigs for both onshore and offshore operations. He maintains an extensive list of contacts with manufacturers of oil and gas industry equipment in the Texas/Louisiana area.
